Trick or Treat, Smell My Feet, Or Give Me Something Good To Eat...

This is what Merrick's favorite phrase was this week. Followed by throwing his head back and laughing!!! Such a ham!! This week completed October! And I seem like I can breath a sigh of relief as life will slow down for us which we are all looking foward to. Next weekend there is NOTHING planned expect lots of jammies, movies, and family time! I really can't wait!!! So this week Merrick's big boy bed came! The boys had fun putting it together or as Merrick says "Building it"

Before...After....We had to move the airplane cause someone figured out he could reach it by standing on the top of his head board...ALL BOY!!!!It's an AIRPLANE room!!!The first part of the week it felt as if we went from Summer to Winter over night! We pulled out the winter clothes and still got a few minutes of fresh air...Friday night we went back home for the family of 3 pictures! My friend Sarah Turnbull takes pictures so when the link is up Ill post that and the password of our family pics and Merrick's 2 yr pictures.

Saturday we took Merrick to the Fall Festivle at Church. It was the neatest event. There were 2 games in each Sunday School room and jump houses, face painting, cotton candy...a kids dream. And the kids got to wear their costumes (non-scary). We were having a great time UNTIL we were waiting in line and a 12ish yr old girl outta no where PLOWED Merrick over causing him to hit his head on the cement floor! NICE! Im telling you he does NOT cry when he gets hurt and he WAILED! Poor buddy has goose egg on the back of his head. The little girl came over and was almost crying she felt so bad when she asked if he was ok!! He didn't want to play anymore after that... So we packed up headed home with our cotton candy and balloons and found an ice pack. After some TLC he was good to go and a maniac an hour later!!!

Jumping in the bounce house...Playing the fruits of the spirits tic tac toe...he got a tic tac toe and won a flash light...he was EXCITED! Going down the inflatable slide (or better known as the Lion's Den)

Tonight we joined our friends for a kids Halloween party! They ate Jack-O-Lantern pizza, carmel and apples then we went to trick or treat!

Our lil Hawkeye. We had a helmet but he had NO intrest in wearing it!! Hudson the puppy with his Mommy and DaddyMerrick's lil legs go tired so he hitched a ride with Daddy.

After trick or treat was over we headed back to Chris and Amy's house for snacks, a few pieces of candy and a Halloween DANCE party!!! The kids had a blast!!!

Our treat for sharing for the kids were cracker spiders. Merrick loved them!!! And make believes with them the entire time he eats them!!! Super easy and fun!!! (Ritz crackers, cheese in a can, pretzel sticks, and raisins!)
