This past Saturday Merrick raced in the Arena Cross race at the US Cellular center. It was definitely not what we were used to but he was tough and gave it his all. I couldn't be more proud of him for sticking it out in less than fair race conditions plus bringing home a medal.
Maddox was such a good trooper too. He was still smiling when we got home at 11pm that night! And he loved cheering on his big bro and watching the races.
