Water..Water...Water...

When's the pool open?? Cause I've got a water boy on my hands. This kid will play in any kind of water...toilet water, dog water, hydrant water, dirty dish water...you name Merrick is there! On our bi-weekly trip to Target (Ar-gt) we always stop by the $1 bin just to browse. This week we found a DUCK SPRINKLER! Oh boy has he had fun w/ that! Yesterday we watered EVERYTHING as you can see from the pictures...the ball, cement, deck stairs, papa's truck, the dog, plants, and MOMMY! Yes this child was chasing me around the yard laughing and throwing his water. Yesterday we went through 4 outfits! (You can see by the one picture just how WET his pants are! ) Oh but he had fun and that is all that mattered! Enjoy the pics of our water adventure.

Now for an update on the new things he's doing....Me: Merrick what do bees make...Merrick: Honey! So smart! (I said this to him 1 time when we were reading his Busy Bee Book!) Also when you ask him who he is he replies...Mrck. It literally sounds like he took all the vowels out! He wants to know where everyone is every day. This is our morning ritual

Daddy:work truck--Meaning Daddy went to work in his truck.

Papa: house (sorry Grandpas Merrick thinks you sit at home all day while the Grandmas work!)

Sunny (my brother's dog) ball, Mama (grandma) No! --which means the last time he saw Sunny she took the ball and hid it from Merrick. My mom told Sunny no when she took the ball away from Merrick.

Our SUV is being worked on so Dan and Tami have let us borrow their truck (Thanks guys!) and when Merrick and I go ANYWHERE all I hear is Papa Truck!

He is also putting 2-3 words together and talks NON STOP!

He loves to talk on the phone. As you can see from the picture he is Mr. Independent! Oh how we adore this boy!!! Enjoy all the pics.
